Recently in an interview Veena Malik revealed that she will launch her first music album to which she will also release her song videos. As if movie-career was not enough for her, she will now be stepping into the Pakistani music industry. But it turns out that she always wanted to be a singer, but her friends told her to become an actress as she is beautiful. Veena wants to capture young audience. She said:
“My singing will represent young generation and for them I shall be singing some rock stuff.”
She will be next seen on a reality TV show by Imagine called “Swayamvar”, through which she will try to find her life-partner. She has received a record number of entries which are more than any other person featured on the show before. Reportedly, she got 72,000 applications. Veena said that it was simply because people like Pakistani girls and their tradition. Sure, but she is not their representative.
