TV One Launches New Drama Serial Pujaran

TvOne launched the New Drama Serial Pujaran in a media event recently held in Karachi. The event was hosted by Adnan Siddique who is also the producer of Pujaran and one of the owners of Cereal Entertainment. The star-studded event had some of Pakistan’s most loved Director Adnan Wai Qureshi, Aijazz Aslam, Syed Tipu Yogurc Sharif, Jewellery Designer Nazneen Tariq , Mr. & Mrs. Munaf amongst many others.

Pujaran is written by Inam Shah and produced by Adnan Siddiqui & Akhtar’s Cereal Entertainment; Pujaran is a story about a woman’s passion for money which threatens to destroy the many lives of those around her. This promises to be an intense and emotional play. A great cast with a good story line, hence we are expecting a positive response from the audience. Despite the intense storyline, we are optimistic that audience will enjoy watching it since it also features an element of suspense. Stellar performances by Sarwat Gilani, Aijaz Aslam, Zahid Khan and Alyzeh Rasul make this a riveting drama to watch.The drama will also feature Kamran Jilani and Tipu Shareef with direction from Adnan Wai Qureshi.

Speaking at the occasion, Mr Adnan Siddique (Producer & Co-Founder of Cereal Entertainment) said,

“The one thing which I really like about TvOne is how they make an extra effort to look for scripts which are different yet at the same time appealing to audiences and this is why I work with them. Seema Tahir at TvOne allows me to produce, bold, challenging and different Dramas. I also promised to promote new talent in all fields like technical or talent. So in Pujaran we are introducing a new singer Iqra, who has sung the OST and we are sure it will be a big hit the composition of the song is by me. Pujaran will be certainly one of the most loved and popular content categories because all of us has given our best.”

From the teasers & Promos, Pujaran seems to be different than the norm, so make sure to tune into TvOne on 21st March at 8 PM for the first episode.
