Pakistan model turned actress Zaria Salahuddin known for her killer looks has now been approached by an Indian director Munish Sharma to star in his next directorial venture ‘Meray Yaar Kaminey’. The actress is currently working in PTV’s upcoming musical drama serial ‘Heer Ranjha’.
The director Munish, while talking to a news source said, “Modern and stylish as she is, Zaria has this typical Punjabi touch to her, which sets her apart from any other actress, who I considered for the role. From her body language to her communication skills, from her raw talent to her sophisticated attitude, Zaria is fit perfectly for my film.”
Zaria,also expressed her enthusiasm to work with Munish, saying, “I immediately said ‘yes’ to Munish, when he first narrated the script to me. It sounded fresh, unique and true to its title. There is no vulgarity, only light romantic moments with an amazing story to go with it. The script is very well-written with some hilarious scenes to tickle your funny bone. All in all, ‘Meray Yaar Kaminey’ is a complete family entertainer, and I am extremely proud to be a part of such a project.”
According to the director, the movie is a romantic comedy film and Zaria’s role in the movie is prominent and pivotal.
