Reportedly, Ali Zafar will be bringing a Phalke Academy Award home from the ‘143rd Dadasaheb Phalke Academy Awards’ ceremony. Dadasaheb Phalke is a prestigious event for Indian cinema and every Bollywood actor who dreams of being honoured in the industry. The event is held annually to present trophies to senior producers, distributors, exhibitors and actors.
This year, the annual event was held at Mumbai’s Tulip Star, Juhu where the biggest stars of the Indian film industry were present. Some of the other prominent awardees at this 143rd event were Waheeda Rehman, Tanuja, Saira Banu, Tanuja and Vidya Balan
