Pakistan’s voice of hearts, Atif Aslam is definitely one busy guy in the music industry. From performing sold out concerts worldwide to jamming with former Guns N’ Roses band members in the United States, the singer has one tight schedule despite being in only one industry.
Last year, Atif Aslam had a small role in Shoaib Mansoor’s impact-questionable film ‘Bol’ and despite the film getting a good response, the singer has no desire to pursue acting as he strongly believes that those who indulge in multi-tasking, have no personal life at all. Atif states, “I know there are others who sing and act in movies, but I’ll not pursue both. I want to focus on music.”
“My music career will get diluted, so I won’t divert my energies in too many directions. As for movies, I don’t want to force myself into them just because I am getting offers. Multi-taskers have no personal life and no free time because they handle too many things,” says Atif regarding his bold decision of not to pursue acting and only focusing on his music career. Quite honestly, his acting skills were not at all convincing in ‘Bol’ but he surely is talented when it comes to singing so it is safe to say that Atif Aslam has indeed made the right decision.
