The bhangra revolutionists are back with a bang and they are not alone; accompanying them is none other than British Singer, Nindy Kaur. Time to go down to memory lane: RDB (abbreviation for Rhythm, Dhol, Bass) was a bhangra band consisting of three British-born brothers: Kuldeep Ral, Manjeet Ral and Sujeet Ral. The band has collaborated with Nindy Kaur on more than one occasion and managed to release hit Bollywood songs such as “Aloo Chaat”, “Kambakkht Ishq” and among others together. Last year in May, the band faced a tragedy as brother Kuldeep died as a result of brain tumor.

As far as their comeback is concerned, the kings of urban-bhangra are once again teaming with Kaur and are set to embark on a tour in Lahore, Karachi and Multan from August 27 to September 30. Known as “The Kings Are Back Pakistan Tour 2”, the gig will be the very first one after the passing away of their band-mate and brother.

Kaur is excited about making her debut in Pakistan and once again teaming with RDB. She states, “I’m excited that by popular demand of my Pakistani fans, I will be on this tour. I don’t know what to expect, and so this just makes it even more thrilling. I’ll be with the RDB boys, so I’m sure they’ll look after me! I can’t wait to get out on stage and rock the venue.”
