Seedlings was screened at the NYC International Film Festival and has won two awards in a Ceremony at the Angelika Film Centre in New York.
Seedlings was nominated for Best Film, Best Director (Mansoor Mujahid), Best Actress in a Lead Role (Aamina Sheikh), Best Actor in a Lead Role (Mohib Mirza), Best Actor in a supporting Role (Gohar Rasheed) and Best Original Screenplay (Summer Nicks).
Aamina Sheikh won the award for Best Actress in a Lead Role and Seedlings – Lamha won the Best Feature Film award..
