Nowadays, it has become quite an honor for our celebrities to get a good role in Bollywood movies. Not only this, you even find them happy doing supporting roles only. But, our most beloved actress :p Veena Malik has finally grabbed a major role in an upcoming 3D Horror movie . Yes, the news is that Veena Malik will now be working for a 3D Bollywood movie which is being shot these days at the Jungle of South Indian side.
The trend of 3D movies is highly appreciated in Hollywood and so it was adapted by Bollywood as well. The fact is that they are in their initial stage and number of 3D Bollywood movies is not high(apparently there is only one proper 3D film made in Bollywood, called Haunted 3D). But I think it is Veena Malik’s boldness, talent or popularity by which she was given priority on other Indian actresses.
When she was asked about the film by Indian Media Website Bollywood Hungama, Veena Malik had to say, ‘It’s really hard to shoot. For one, we are shooting in the wilderness. There are no luxury hotels, no daily comforts. Then it’s a 3D film, not like the other 3D films in Hindi where the 2D format is converted into 3D. We are shooting in 3D which means every shot takes hours sometimes. It’s really time-consuming because I am playing both the ‘thriller’ and ‘horror’ element of the film”
Well! Indeed, It must be appreciated by Pakistanis that she got a big role in this 3D film. We should also hope that this type of work would be soon done by our Independant Film-makers in Pakistan as well and we know that they can do it even better, without even casting an actress like Veena Malik 😉
