Mahira and Humayun starrer ‘Bin Roye’ to hit cinemas on Eid ul Fitr

Mahira Khan and Humayoun Saeed starrer Pakistani movie ‘Bin Roye’ is all set to release on Eid ul Fitr this year. Earlier, Mahira’s hero of Humsafar, Fawad Khan was offered this movie but he turned down the offer for his debut Bollywood movie Khoobsurat. Apart from Mahira and Humayoun, Bin Roye is featuring Javed Sheikh, Zeba Bakhtiar and Armeena Rana Khan in leading roles.

Bin Roye is a romantic drama which is based on an Urdu novel “Bin Roye Aansoo” by writer Farhat Ishtiaq of Humsafar fame. It is directed by Haissam Hussain, who has won Lux Style Award for his dramas Daastan and Durr-e-Shahwar.

In an interview to Instep magazine, Mahira expressed that, “It’s a full blown feature film. I love commercial cinema. I like watching Ram Leela. I like my dance and song. And I have danced in Bin Roye.”

Humayoun Saeed confessed in an Interview to Dawn newspaper that, “Bin Roye was offered to me right after Humsafar and Fawad was meant to do it. But he went on to do Khoobsurat.” He further added that, “Bin Roye is a romantic drama. But it will not just be a film; it will also be turned into a serial to be aired on Hum TV with the same cast.”


Earlier, “Bin Roye Aansoo” was supposed to a TV drama for HUM TV, but later, the filmmakers decided to release it on big screen as a film.
