Coke Studio Season 6 is finally starting soon and today we are here in Lahore to cover its great launch event and News Conference, where the artists line up for the new season will also be unveiled.
It has been a practice by Coke Studio that the artists line up is not revealed or confirmed until it is announced officially in a big launch event. The news conference and media meet up which used to get arranged in media city i.e Karachi, is now happening first time in Lahore and to cover this exciting event, Coco Cola(with the help of Lotus PR and R-Team) has invited several journalists and media bloggers from Karachi, Islamabad and other major cities. The Coke Studio launch event, which is scheduled at 6 PM today, will reveal the artists line up it has signed up this time.
We have earlier reported, who else would be part of this season. What we know more today is that Alamgir Sahab and Ali Azmat are confirmed this time but they won’t be attending the launch event for some personal commitments and issues, therefore you will miss them in the group photo that will be released later today. Our inside source confirms that 17 featured artists will be a part of Coke Studio this time. That’s a long list 😀
