1. Atif Aslam’s Maula in “Spanish Beauty”
Maula is a spiritual song which has been featured in Mexican movie “La Mujer De Mi Hermano”. “Maula” belongs to Atif’s second album Doorie. The song actually featured in the Hindi version of this Mexican movie. The song was selected as the movie’s official soundtrack. La Mujer De Mi Hermano or Spanish Beauty (as named for the Hindi Version) reached second place in Mexican Film festival and gained much popularity in United States.
2. Atif Aslam’s Doorie:
Doorie has also been featured in the same movie “La Mujer De Mi Hermano”, not as a soundtrack but as a background track. It is an achievement for Atif Aslam as he got 2 of his songs featured in a single movie. The film has been directed by Ricardo de Montreuil and the original music of Mexican version was given by Angelo Milli.
