Unlike the previous films from the Murder series, the third part has a horror tone to it and less on the erotic side of the story. The movie marks the directional debut of Vishesh Bhatt, the son of the Indian film industry legend, Mahesh Bhatt – who is managing the production and screenplay of the upcoming film.

Unlike the previous two films, Bollywood’s serial kisser Emraan Hashmi will not be the lead actor in the film. Instead, Randeep Hooda is the leading one alongside Aditi Rao Hydari and Pakistani model cum actress Mona Lizza. Reportedly, Mona Lizza has changed her name to Sara Loren for her Bollywood ventures.

“Murder 3 will release a day after Valentine’s Day next year and we are very eager to see how the audiences lap up the latest film in the Murder franchise…the film is especially close to me since my son Vishesh makes his directorial debut with it,” states producer Mukesh Bhatt.

The Murder films has always managed to entertain and engage the audience and within just two months, the third part of the trilogy will take the series to a whole new level as Mahesh Bhatt states, “Murder 3 will take the Murder brand into another league. It will give it the halo of ‘respectability.’”
