Eid – a joyous festival for the family. Sadly, the same could not be said for the talented Pakistani model and actor, Imran Abbas. However, the Pakistani actor was lucky enough to celebrate his EID with none other than the legend Dilip Kumar and his wife Saira Bano. As of late, Imran is in Mumbai for the training required for his first ever Bollywood movie, Naam Hai Boss. The film will be directed by Anthony D’Souza and is a remake of the Malayalam film, Pokkiri Raja. Imran describes his Eid as a lucky one as his meeting with the retired Bollywood great was a pleasant one as he was greeted with the utmost family-like atmosphere.
Co-starring with Akshay Kumar, the Pakistani talent has realized that acting in Films is not an easy job and feels himself lucky to get the part. “It’s been over two weeks that I am in Mumbai. The shooting of the movie will start from next month, at the moment I’m just busy getting trained for fight and action scenes that I need to do for the movie. The other day I was doing my fight training at the Juhu beach and my skin literally got burnt and tanned in the heat. Seriously it’s not easy to be an actor, you need to know much more beyond acting. I consider myself lucky to have got the chance to act in Bollywood movies. It’s a great learning experience for me. Every day I get to learn so many new things. The Indian cinema industry is so professional and well organized I wish we had the same scenario in the Pakistan film industry too.”
