mustafa Zahid singing songs for Bollywood Movie Blood MoneyPakistani singing talent has established its status in India with singers like Mustafa Zahid attaining a lot of fame. His songs for Mukesh Bhatt’s production, Awarapan (2007), were successful. This year again, the new thriller film by Mukesh Bhatt, Blood Money, which has been written by Mahesh Bhatt, has three songs sung by Mustafa Zahid.

He said during an interview given to India’s largest news agency, IANS (Indo-Asian News Service) that:

“I had no difficulty working in the Indian music industry. I had my own room for creativity and all the people were very cooperative during recording of my songs. All the three songs [in Blood Money] are very soulful and the music is equally good. Bollywood music is based on a story line and music and songs have to be according to the situation and mood of the movie, whereas in Pakistan, we don’t have to match the songs to the storyline or background of the film.”

Along with Mustafa Zahid’s voice talent, Blood Money also features a song by Rahat Fateh Ali Khan. The songs for the movie are expected to be released on February 20.
