We have heard a lot about the ‘brotherhood’ of Ali Zafar with young Bollywood star Imran Khan, off course for their upcoming movie ‘Mere Brother Kee Dulhan’ , but there is another similar work relation developing between Ranbir Kapoor and Atif Aslam.
Atif Aslam, who has sung a hit track ‘Tera Honay Laga Hun’ for Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Ajab Prem Kee Ghazab Kahani’, will be soon in India for the promotion of its film and at that point Ranbir will be there to support Pakistani star promoting his movie in India.

“Ranbir is fond of Atif, who has given him one of his most memorable song (Tu jaane na from Ajab prem ki ghazab kahani) Now that the singer is about to make his acting debut in Bollywood, RK has become his mentor and is guiding him. Similarly, Imran helped his co-star Ali break the ice with leading lady Katrina Kaif, and supporting him in every possible way. There is a feeling in the industry that the two young actors of B-town want to promote their respective ‘friends’.”
It is also being reported that Ranbir Kapoor is planning a nation-wide musical concert with Atif Aslam – where he will give dance performance and off course Atif Aslam will sing LIVE – thus making the audience and their girl fans even more crazy after them.
“Ranbir plans to work closely with Atif on the musical concert when they will tour the country. Also, since Aslam is immensely popular with the girls, the two of them coming together on stage will only work wonders.” Said a source.
On the other side, Imran Khan too is planning a promotional music tour with Ali Zafar for their upcoming movie – Mere Brother Kee Dulhan. Although, it is not of the scale of Rockstar Concert, but the concept is quite similar. It is also being said, that these similar strategies might open a ‘new chapter of enmity’ between the Indian Stars Ranbir Kapoor and Imran Khan – who are often known for their love-hate relationship.
If that’s the case what will be its impact on the relation of Pakistani stars? the better question would be: at this point, how are the relations between Atif Aslam and Ali Zafar ?

The both superstar and arch rivals in Pakistan, have no personal issues or insecurities, but rather very close and respected ties with each other. Earlier we have seen Ali Zafar praising Atif Aslam on a morning show and the reciprocal response was observed today when Atif Aslam recently came on a TV show for the promotion of his movie BOL. Both Atif Aslam and Ali Zafar have also performed together in Standard Chartered Priority Night. So there seems to be less chances of any quarrel or mis-understanding between them.
These Pakistani stars are focused on their work and by keeping respect for each other and determination for their work, they are achieving success and promoting the positive image of Pakistan in the world. We hope that their upcoming endeavors and ventures do not make them stand against each other – thus competing with fellow countrymen abroad for no good reason. This is indeed litmus test for our stars – they might need fame but it should not be achieved by coming across each other.
