Sur Kshetra Episode 1

The long awaited music reality show and promoted as a “soft battle” between the two rival nations, is finally going to make air waves today.The music show will have two teams, each having 10 contestants, led and mentored by music directors like Himesh Reshammiya and Atif Aslam.

Sur Kshetra Episode 2

Today, the second episode of Sur Kshetra was opened by Pakistan Team Captain Atif Aslam. Atif wearing a suit performed a medley on Piano. He sung his popular Bollywood song “Pehli Nazar Mein” and later connected it with a spiritual song originally sung by Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, “Sanu Ek Pal Chain Na Aye”. The medley ended with a signature style of Atif, i.e with long alaaps.

Sur Kshetra Episode 3

Just to remind, Sur Kshetra Episode 1 introduced the 10 Indian Contestants out of which only 6 were selected by panel for next rounds. Similarly, Episode 2 of the show introduced the top 10 Pakistani Contestants, out of which 4 were eliminated by selectors panel.
