Just a couple of weeks ago, it was reported that Pakistani star Fawad Khan has left Battle for Bittora, a Bollywood movie he signed against Khoobsurat’s co-star Sonam Kapoor. It was revealed that Fawad rejected the movie because of weak script but now, an Indian website BollywoodLife has exclusively broken the news that Karan Johar is the actual reason behind Fawad’s decisions.

After the success of Fawad’s debut Bollywood movie Khoobsurat on Box Office, he was flooded with film offers. He signed Battle for Bittora against Sonam Kapoor, denied a film offer by Sohail Khan, and then denied doing intimate scenes in Karan Johar’s upcoming Kapoor and Sons, which he singed against Alia Bhatt and Sidhart Malhotra.

BollywoodLife quoted as confirming that Karan Johar advised Fawad to reject Battle for Bittora because he thought that the film produced by Sonam Kapoor’s sister Rhea won’t do justice to his budding career in Bollywood.
