“Pehchan Ramazan”, a program Aired by Geo TV and hosted by Dr. Aamir Liaquat has broken all the previous record of popularity, and has become the biggest broadcast in television history.
Gallup Pakistan and Medialogics (an organization that specializes in measuring what TV audience is generally watching) reported that Geo has proved clear domination over all rival TV channels. Despite the passage of more then 20 days, there is no decline in the viewership of program “Shehr-e-Ramazan”. People of all ages, mostly the women are showing their interest towards the program as well as the host (Dr. Aamir Liaqat). All the programs including ‘Alim aur Alim,’ ‘Ishaia,’ and ‘Zer Zabar Pesh’ are favorite to them.
A Large Number of the participants have benefited by receiving prizes through ‘Qurani Loh’. Another program ‘Rah-e-Neki’ have added colours to gaunt lives of thousands of deserving people. The marathon transmission arranged by the vice president of Geo Network and world renowned broadcaster are touching the heights of popularity leaving behind the popular dramas for years together.
According to the Gallup Pakistan and Media Logics, Geo is on top of all the other Tv channels because of the record success of “Pehchan Ramazan”. The results are concluded after monitoring all channels during the first 20 days of the current Ramazan and then releasing the ratings.
The Popularity of the show is gaining strength with the every passing day, and this success of the show is definitely because of the host, Aamir Liaquat, who no matter on which channel he is, takes his program to the top of all through his unique style.
