After jumping into films production, marketing, and distribution, the ARY Digital Network is all set to hold ARY Film Festival 2015 at the end this year. The festival will cater local as well as international filmmakers. “The Festival will provide programs and activities that will cater to a community of Pakistani and International filmmakers alike, with the Potential of reaching audiences at a global scale,” claimed Mr. Asfand Yar, the Vice President Marketing, ARY Digital Network.
The aim of Festival is to provide a vital platform for the youth and film making enthusiast to come together and celebrate their passion for the art form, creating an opportunity to set-up a forum where renowned names from the film and media industry will be able share their knowledge with the participants. The event will also serve as a platform for emerging filmmakers, to showcase their talents at an international level drawing attention to and raising the profile of the Pakistani cinema and local filmmakers.

In an interview to PakiUM, Mr. Asfand Yar said that, “We are pleased to be the trendsetters for the new cinema of Pakistan by doing new and never been done things before and also the fact that ARY FILMS is the only banner in Pakistan who are producing, marketing and distributing films both in Pakistan and international territories.”

Discussing about ARY Films productions, Yar disclosed that, “we are producing 3 this year Jalaibee, 3 bahadur, and Jawani Phir Nahi Ani.”
