Since a few fans of Atif Aslam are angry enough on us for making a humorous gossip post on him (these are some poor souls who try to act like the ‘biggest fan’ and ‘most loyal’ to the celebrity than anyone), and they are endangering ours and their own security unintentionally, Ithought to normalize the situation again and writing a ‘goochee-go’ all good post for all the ‘Aadeez’ out there. Indeed what always appreciated is, ‘meetha-meetha-happ-happ-karwa-karwa-thoo-thoo’ 🙂
Anyhow, the latest good news for all the ‘Aadeez’ out there is, that even though Atif Aslam is not in Coke Studio and Coke Studio at MTV , but he’s still a strong contender for the Indian version of critically acclaimed music show.
A couple of days back, Facebook page of Coke Studio at MTV asked a question from the fans: Whose performance are you looking forward to the most in Coke Studio at MTV ?
The fan page, which has now more Indians on board than Pakistanis, gave the most votes to Atif Aslam – who as per our information is not even featuring in Coke Studio at MTV. Atif Aslam topped the poll with over 1601 votes casted only in a couple of days.
Shafqat Amanat Ali, who is the major mainstream artist opening for Coke Studio at MTV, was the second ‘most looking forward’ artist with 1008 votes.
The best Indian Sufi Pop/Rock Singer Kailash Kher, who is also featuring in Coke Studio at MTV, was voted by 753 people who were looking forward to see him as a performer in Coke Studio at MTV.

This very much depicts the popularity level of Atif Aslam, whose fan following has been increasing continuously world-wide, beating all the trained and prominent musicians when it comes to ‘public demand’.
