Leading Pakistani music band Soch have had their hit track Awari from the soundtrack of the Bollywood film Ek Villain nominated for a prestigious IIFA nomination in category of Best Music Direction. The recognition by IIFA is the fourth such honour for the versatile band, who have been nominated for a Life Ok Screen award, a Brittania Filmfare Award and a GIMA  Award in the past. Shiny Toy Guns is proud to recognise this home grown talent for its upcoming romantic comedy Dekh Magar Pyaar Say and have produced four tracks from the feature film’s music.

Offering his congratulations to the Pakistani band on their latest achievement, film-producer, director Ali Murtaza and Asad Ul Haq of Shiny Toy Guns said, “The IIFA nomination for Best Music Direction is a great milestone for the super talented Soch and another feather in the band’s already well-feathered cap! It is also a testament of the potential and talent we have in Pakistan. We had the pleasure of working with Soch on the OST of our debut motion picture Dekh Magar Pyaar Say and can testify to the dynamic talent and versatility of the group. Not only did they understand the aural aesthetics that we had envisioned for the film’s soundtrack but their contribution have truly buoyed the overall cinematic appeal of Dekh Magar Pyaar Say, which moviegoers will get to experience come August 2015. We wish Soch the very best with the nomination and hope they win the IIFA Award!
