    ARY Digital becomes highest viewed Satellite Tv channelARY Digital has become the highest viewed satellite entertainment TV channel of Pakistan for the period between 1- 31 July 2012. The source behind the news is a company named “Medialogics” that specialises in measuring what TV audience is generally watching.

    According to a measurement test conducted by Medialogics, ARY digital surpassed the viewership of other satellite entertainment TV channels like Geo TV and Hum TV. Most of the viewers of ARY include the females between the age group of 15- 45 years. Entertainment channel is the category for which the channel has been ranked as the highest viewed satellite channel. ARY got 950 GRPs to gain this spot, overtaking GEO TV which has got 879 GRPs and the HUM TV who got 514 GRPs.

    Although the channel has lost some points in the race for the highly ranked Pakistani satellite channel after Aamir liaqat hussain left the network & joined Geo TV (Aamir Liaquat’s program in Ramadan are known for sky high ratings).

    The channel has also aired another statement on the TV, which is,” We are thankful to Almighty Allah and all of you for making us the most watched satellite entertainment channel of Pakistan.”
