We have earlier revealed all the major artist line up which was confirmed for this season of Coke Studio. However, there are many more in this session we don’t even know the name of (as they are from folk and traditional background) but surprisingly today we have come to know 2 another New Bands which will be featuring in this session of Coke Studio.
These are THE SKETCHES and MOLE Band !
The Sketches is a Sufi Pop-Rock Band hailing from the city of universities Jamshoro, Sindh. The band is not un-known to many however their inclusion in Coke Studio will be a surprise for many. Though, we have earlier heard a leaked track from Coke Studio which is very much like THE SKETCHES stuff , but upon inquiring the band they had refused to comment on it.
Today, we have viewed some pictures of Coke Studio Hoardings that are placed in Lahore. It showcases not only The Sketches but also a new talented diva Quratulain Balouch (whose inclusion we reported earlier) and a new band MOLE.
MOLE, is a Karachi based electro-techno band , and has earlier released an EP Album for FREE. The main reason for their inclusion is perhaps the close association with Coke Studio and the last name of the lead member of the band. Yes Daniyal Hyatt, who has worked in Coke Studio along with his parents, has now managed to include its own band in Coke Studio Season 4
